My favorite thing about this hospital is the staff. They are very cordial, polite and sweet; you can tell quite a few of them really care about the patients. Angela is especially amazing and I could tell she cared about every patient there including myself. I was glad to be around staff members who cared about their patients and it showed through their actions. My biggest problems with this place would be its food (ingredients are of poor quality) and how uncomfortable the furniture is. I'd wake up every morning with sore legs from sleeping in the beds. The chairs are also hard to sit in for long. I also didn't like the fact they lock the doors whenever we're supposed to head over to group; I get that it's to encourage people to attend the groups but I was definitely cranky and not wanting to participate in the group because I hadn't got enough sleep (due to loud noises in the hospital at night). Another big complaint I have is the downtime; there's only a few things you can do: watch TV, read a book, or play card games. It was boring trying to fill that time. Sometimes our rooms were still locked, so I couldn't pass the time by napping even though the next group wouldn't be ready in almost an hour. Most importantly, this place was able to help me become more stable in my mind and also help me look forward to returning home and getting better. The other patients there were amazing and I made some great connections with them. I think this is a good place if you are looking for a hospital with good staff but I would only really recommend this hospital to those in crisis who need a place to stay to get away from their bad environments

The staff is what really sets this place a part. The tech Saul leads the way in bringing a positive and supportive attitude no matter the circumstances. This was one of the hardest decisions of my life and I couldn’t be more happy with my decision to go here. Dr. K is compassionate and provided thorough treatment. Cannot say enough good things about this facility. Thank you again.

Thank you for helping me in my time of need. All my life I’ve never received any therapeutic help and staying here for two weeks made such a huge impact. The staff was incredible. The food was great. No complaints.

3 stars for the care my daughter recieved. I feel it could have been better, in terms of individual therapy, but she got a lot out of the group therapy. That is about where my approval of Quail Run ends. Starting with getting there. I was told that I would have to be there within a half hour of the ambulance getting there, so I rushed to the valley to make it in time, only to end up sitting in the waiting room (Where you can't have anything like your phone, paperwork, book, anything) for about 9 hours before she was finally able to be taken upstairs. during this time we listened to other kids in the waiting area practically boast about how they attempted to take their lives and the ight way\ to do so. I will say that any of the staff I spoke to were nice and I did feel they wanted to be able to help. For billing - ZERO stars. You guys called me not even 24 hours after leaving my daughter after a seriously stressful event to collect what you percieved as what I would \owe\ to collect my deductible. In a state of shock still and stress, I went ahead and provided my cc to collect. Ultimately Quail Run got their claims in AFTER everyone else, and so I actually owed that money to the Hospital that initially took care of my daughter. When I called Quail Run to get a refund, they said I'd have to wait for the claim to finish processing and then they would process a refund and to expect it to take at least 30-45 days ONCE THEY SEND THE CHECK??? I called in December for a status and was told now their central office conducts audits before they send any refunds. FINALLY today I get told they are going to be sending a check and to give it 30-45 days. My daughter has been home from your facility for over 3 months. I've had to pay for the other bills out of pocket because you have my deductible funds held up when you really shouldn't have collected them until you knew in the first place what I would owe. Shame on your billing practices.
