It is difficult to imagine being without the Rayne Soft Water system here in the Phoenix Valley. We spoke with (or made appointments) several including one of our favorite retailers COSTCO. Some showed up, some did not. Some claimed to also be the area provider for my favorite retailer and then dropped their price by 1K as soon as I mentioned I had made an appointment with them. Rick Greene, showed up (on time) shared plainly the benefits and differences between the systems and offered a fair price out of the gate. His relational approach to doing business was inline with my approach to doing business. Always available, before and after the sale. Don who installed our system was incredibly through. Other than the new system, you could hardly tell he was there. Great level of service and communication. Just bought a new home and will be installing another Rayne Soft Water System when it is ready. Thank you for the great service Rick and team Rayne!

Art Sena did our install. He is very knowledgeable, did a clean and neat installation, and cleaned up after the job. He also suggested a carbon filter for the irrigation system, explained how it would clean up our problem and we are having it installed. Great job Art!! Rick Greene was our sales rep. He explained everything and made sure we understood theirs and our obligations. Working with Rayne has been a very good experience.

Working with Rick, Art and Don has been very easy. Our install took care of our water softener and drinking water needs. They helped think out-of-the-box for our spaces and even removed the prior water filtration from its location which was not in their way of install to remove the risk of leaking. Good experience with Rayne Water for our drinking water needs. After the original installer did not bring the correct faucet, Art Sena came out to install the proper faucet. He was thorough, explained more about the care and maintenance of the system, and did a few tests to verify our system was functioning to a high standard. I'd recommend Rayne.
