Amanda was our server and she was absolutely amazing! Fast, friendly and made sure we were taken care of. The food is always delicious here and that’s why we come back. Thank you for your consistency in quality of food over the years. This place is definitely a must visit if your an Italian food lover.

Wow the original restaurant. I was in Lakeside and found a Red Devil . Best pizza ever. Was very excited to find one in Phoenix. The food was wonderful ! Unfortunately I must add my server was very lax. We had to go find her on several occasions to get service. Will also say she was very rude, as I've been a server myself and treated her very good. My daughter was amazed as was I that she was a long time employee. Next time we will get our food to go. Best ever Italian restaurant.

Wings literally floating in grease! So most of the lemon pepper season was in the grease and wings had little to no flavor. The honey hot were the same way. Pizza was good but dough was a little tough.

I waited over 2 hours for my food to go and it wasn’t ready over an hour after they said it would be. And myself and others were very disappointed because this food was absolutely not worth the 2 hour wait or the money we paid for it. I ordered lasagna and the sauce tasted sour like it was spoiled? I’ve had cheap jar sauces that taste way better. The lasagna was undercooked, there was barely any meat or cheese in the lasagna. My boyfriend got tortellini and the sauce was so bland and it looked like it was just cream and a lot of oil. My brother got shrimp Alfredo and the shrimp was undercooked, the portion size was so small for it to be 16. He ordered fettuccine and got linguine. He said his sauce was also bland and that it was the worst Alfredo he’s had. The food was disappointing in every aspect and not worth the money at all. We all agreed that it’s the worst Italian we’ve all had and none of us could finish even half of our food. I don’t get how this place has so many good reviews when the food is so awful.... I literally wouldn’t eat this food again for free. If you like bland, unseasoned, undercooked food then this is the perfect place.

This location is the best, other locations need to get on board. The food at both are great, but the service is superior with the non franchised restaurant at McDowell. Real people work there, just be real.
