Took over 40 minutes (2 calls) to schedule and then confirm one appointment. Thought I was scheduling an evaluation with a doctor. Was told that - no - my appointment was merely an “intake” appointment - that I would not be seeing the doctor, as I gad been under the impression. I was confused and became frustrated - as I have been waiting over 3 weeks for this appointment. Brianna was compassionate and understanding. She also offered to see if it would @ all be possible to schedule the doctors‘ visit fairly quickly, following the intake appointment. Thanks again to Brianna. Your patience was refreshing and your assistance very much needed and appreciated.

Called for scheduling; however, when I advised what insurance I have I was told that they currently aren't taking my insurance but I was welcome to come in and pay cash. Ok, if I had Medicaid I wouldn't have had a problem with that BUT I have commercial insurance through an employer. I have NEVER heard of a provider limiting their commercial insurance patients. Secondly if they are in-network this gets into an area called fraud. I contacted my insurance and reported them immediately. The fact that they are refusing to take insurance but will take self-pay means they just want payment in full, no adjustments GREED. This group is all about MONEY.

Very unorganized organization that has me back to square 1 with my mental health disorders. The women up front are not knowledge about the place they work for .There is a big communication problem here . I am now trying to find a better agency .I don't understand this place and how they are helping people . They made my life worse! STAY AWAY FROM PSA!
