This condo was well equipped, clean and affordable. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, owners were very helpful. Would highly recommend!

This resort was our temporary home for 3 months while we found our own place. I have never stayed somewhere so nice for the price. We actually would have stayed forever the whole place inside and out was so clean, the pools were so nice anytime of day. Steve was such an amazing host we never had to reach out more then once if we had a question. So amazing I will go back to stay just because it was so nice!!!

The condos at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs are in a great location and we found it easy to get around the entire Phoenix area from this location. The pools and spas were clean and we spent most afternoons in the water. The full time residents at the condos were friendly and we enjoyed their company around the pool each afternoon. Steve made the check-in process easy and explained everything we needed to know very clearly. The one bedroom unit was the perfect size for my wife and I during our eight day stay. The unit had everything we needed. The only downside to our stay, which is no fault of Resort Vacation Rentals at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs, was the young neighbor in the unit above where we stayed. More than once we’d hear her loudly talking on the phone, often yelling, at whoever she was talking to. She has two smaller dogs and she was gone during the day. In the late afternoon the two dogs would start barking and would continue barking until she came home that evening. Luckily we went to the pool most afternoons so we got away from the dogs barking. Don’t get me wrong, I like dogs but not when they constantly bark. Not sure if this is something that can be addressed with the HOA, but it should be. We enjoyed our stay and would go through Resort Vacation Rentals at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs to book a condo on our next visit to Phoenix but would book a different unit due to the overhead noise. Since this rating if for Resort Vacation Rentals at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs, I’m giving them five stars as they were great to work with but if this rating was for the actual unit, I’d give 3 or 4 stars due to the barking dogs.

We have rented multiple units in this compound and really liked this one. We have always liked the lay out of the units. This one has the big Canyon pool just around the back of the unit so access was quick and easy. The TV is not a Smart TV and comes with basic Cox cable. This is fine, but we stream all of our TV so I was able to attach a Chromecast device and stream our Youtube TV and other services to it. A newer (and maybe larger?) TV would bring things nicely up to date. The unit is very nicely decorated and was just as the photos depicted. We were able to get some sun starting around 1 pm each afternoon and it stayed until maybe 4 pm. The patio faces mainly West so when the sun went down behind the units across the street our direct sun disappeared. The ground floor comes in handy with lugging groceries in and the trash bins are close by. We enjoyed it so much we contacted Steve and already have it rented for next January, too. We have always felt safe in this compound and it was mostly quiet. A short drive over to the North Mountain Preserve was fun. We walked there several times a week and saw Gambel's quail and an occasional coyote. The compound is close to Fry's grocery, Scrambles restaurant, and Bobby D's bar and restaurant. Try the chicken wings at Bobby D's and the stuffed blueberry French toast at Scrambles.

This is a great place to stay. Resort living without being 'touristy.' We stayed recently while waiting to close on our house. My parents stayed here last fall, during the holidays. They really enjoyed having the pool nearby, talking with the other visitors and residents, and the beautiful desert mountain scenery. Being close to downtown without being 'in the downtown' area is a real plus.
