Awesome facility. They have carts to help you move stuff. Even better, they don't lock the carts up when the office closes like at US Storage across the street. I was able to get 1st month free at RightSpace too! Lots of good pricing options, my unit, 510, is right by the entrance for 70 a month . Friendly staff. Overall I am very happy with the experience. If you have renters insurance they can waive the extra insurance charge, like 10 bucks a month. Also, if you book an appointment online someone will call you like an hour after your appointment. If you tell them, \I liked the RightSpace unit but I am checking out another storage solution before I sign.\. They will offer to waive the admin fee which is like 20 day of move in. So with these couple of tactics I was able to move in free for a month. Besides buying a lock for 8 bucks. And I swear to Jesus the girl behind me in line gave the front desk guy the lock as she was moving out. If I would have let her go in front of me I would have got a free lock too. Still salty about that a little.

Easy, breezy...signed up for one of the smaller units and paid my first reduced rent online. I got a confirmation, drove over and started completing the form and filling up my space. Everything is very clean, cool, convenient and has a fresh scent; the receptionist Randy was extremely helpful showing me around. I would recommend this storage facility anytime!
Randy is very unprofessional. Do not do business here. I will be moving out as soon as I can. Be aware they profile you and use a form of blackmail. No respect here at all. They're all very rude. The lady is nice but that's it. Being threatened to be kicked over false accusations. Do not come here if you don't want to be treated like a criminal. That's all they're good for. If you want too feel like you have a dictator a prison this is your place very expensive for the place and how they conduct business.

My unit was dusty upon moving in. I have noticed a lot of homeless people there. They share pass codes to open the doors. It doesn't appear safe and secure to me. This makes me uncomfortable. At 8 pm when it's time for everyone to be out, I noticed a group of shady looking people leaving on foot. They all had odd misc items. One girl was trying to conceal a pair of bolt cutters in her purse. Not good. I must say, Randy was awesome! He was sweet and accommodating. Thank you Randy, you rock!
