I wish I could give 10 stars I had lots of dental work done today & my anxiety was through the roof. DR. HICKS & his entire team were so awesome. He was patient with me, explained everything in detail with me. Helped me choose my best options & took his time as well as very gentle.. I am truly grateful for Risas dental & I will definitely be referring my family & friends. THANK YOU DR HICKS YOU ARE TRULY THE BEST special thanks to his assistant Karen & his student Saudi as well as the other young ladies who's names I didn't get. They were all so nice & helped to keep me calm when my anxiety kicked in. I am forever grateful

I am always nervous and scarred when it comes to the dentist. Once I stepped foot at Risas Dental, I immediately felt at home and welcomed. From the check in to the end of work being done. The process and treatment was straight forward. Dr. Hicks and his assistant Fernando did an amazing job! I will definitely be coming here for my next check up! Totally recommend this place to my family and friends!

Dr. Chiou has been the best orthodontist I have ever had. I had my braces removed after 12 months, and my smile looks AMAZING. Irving was great at explaining how to use my retainers. After I got my braces removed, I had some fillings replaced and fixed my chip front tooth. Dr. Brimley did an excellent job making sure I didn't feel any pain. Olga helped me every step of the way, making sure I felt comfortable. The whole team here is incredible, and they have a spotless office that made me feel safe every time I had to go in. They go above and beyond, making sure everyone is safe.

As for someone who doesn’t like to go to the dentist, I had the most pleasant experience at this office. To start off the staff up front were as professional and nice as they come. They helped me fill out my paperwork and insurance with no problem at all. Irvin the assistant that took care of x-rays knows how to keep patients calm and worry free, thanks again! Dr.Hicks and his assistant Karen checked and informed me what to do to prevent some cavities that can come, and showed me proper ways to floss around hard to reach places. I was also able to schedule some filings I needed that same day! Which saved me the drive. They made it painless, fast and simple to do. The staff and doctors are amazing I wouldn’t mind getting another cavity to visit them again!!

I’m giving this place 2 stars to be nice, the staff is friendly and so is the Dr, but my appointment was a waste of time. I made an appointment days in advance due to a toothache, my appointment was set for 7pm so I didn’t have to miss work either. I get to my appointment only to be told that my insurance wasn’t verified so they are unable to help me. WTF, they had 2 days to verify my insurance, the staff told me that they will call me back once they get that done. I asked the staff what can they do to help me since I’m in pain and that now I have to wait again. I was told by the dental tech that I would have to wait and if I decide to go somewhere else I could but my insurance may not cover it because they already billed my insurance. Again...WTF, You guys can bill but not verify?? I see this place as money hungry, yes there staff is nice and so is the office but if you can’t do the job I’m going there for then why be in business. At least they gave me a prescription for pain meds (Motrin by the way) and antibiotics, WOW..did you guys bill for that too!! Well guess I must wait for my next appointment since they billed services not done.
