What a great experience! The fitting process is excellent, and Chris Ellis was incredibly helpful and able to answer every question I had, and give great recommendations. I'm very confident I found the best shoe for me, and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

This review is a long time in coming, but better late than never! Christian (Ellis) served me incredibly well, measuring my feet for size, analyzing my foot impact, determining my type of arch, and giving me very good options for running shoes and orthotics. The orthotics and shoes I selected have made a huge, positive impact in my running! Proper support and cushioning, no more pain. I highly recommend Ellis and Road Runner Sports.

Probably the best shoe buying experience I've had. I didn't feel like they were upselling me on anything too much and not long after I walked in the door they gave me the full treatment, fitted my feet, ran me through everything and explained why I should belong in a certain shoe even though I've been running for most of my life. Very much appreciated the time they spent. Apparently it was the supervisor Zane who spent his time, very much would recommend.

I will never shop here again and I would never recommend this chain to anyone I know. They have an appalling return policy and are holding my money hostage as store credit. I had to try on a pair of shoes at my home since they didn’t have my size in store. After trying on the shoes at home (same as I would have in store), I determined they were too big and promptly mailed them back. Now the company is claiming that they were “worn” and only offering store credit. Why would I want store credit at a place that is lying about the state of a pair of shoes in order to keep my money? I will never spend another dime here and I will be spreading the word to everyone I know.
