I recently purchased a used older bow. Knowing nothing a co-worker recommended I bring it here. I clearly told them I knew nothing they helped me from step one. After replacing the cables and strings they aided me for almost an hour teaching me the basics and setting up the bow. I would highly recommend and they will work with in your budget not simply sell what makes them the most money.

Honestly I can't express how amazing these guys are! I was recommended to Ross Outdoors by a good friend of mine and decided to go check them out for my next bow purchase. Due to work I was only able to get there about half an hour before closing but they still took all the time I needed to make my decision. They setup the 3 bows I was interested in and were wonderfully helpful in helping me make my decision. I ended up leaving with a new bow in hand and an excellent buying experience. You guys have absolutely earned a customer for life! I can't thank you all enough!

I am new to bow hunting, and this store came highly recommended from other hunters. After picking out a setup, David spent hours tuning my bow, teaching me proper technique, and telling me what not to do. I never once felt rushed, out of place, or like I was being talked down to by someone. The staff was very knowledgeable, and worked with me patiently. After tweaking my set up, and sighting me in at their range, I was able to leave confidently with the ability to shoot my bow. I would highly recommend this place to anyone from beginner to expert.

Jason was a major help assisting me in purchasing my first bow. I was super nervous and he made the process so smooth. He was very informative and made sure all my questions were answered. I left feeling completely happy and confident about my purchase. I will definitely be back for more gear and to get some range time in. The store is really clean and they are not pushy like a lot of places. Thanks Ross Outdoor for the great experience. My son and I had a great time during our visit and can't wait to stop in again.

I can't recommend Ross Outdoors enough. I wish I could give them greater than 5 stars! They are hands down the best bow and optics shop to go to in the valley. As a brand new bow hunter everything is new to me and I don't know very much at all. I wanted to keep my business local so I thought I would find a local archery shop. I had been to another archery shop and I felt very out of place and no one was willing to help me. But everyone at Ross has been super understanding and has taken the time to explain any question I had or anything I didn't know. And best of all, they treat me very well and are incredibly patient with me. I had recently purchased a 70lb bow from Ross but was unable to draw it easily, even when it was toned down. They went out of their way and ordered a new set of limbs for me and swapped them out, free of charge. I mean, I've never heard of this level of customer service. 10/10. Additional to this, they also took the time to set up several bows for me to try and had an entire wall of releases I was allowed to try. This was a big thing for me because how else are you supposed to know if you like something if you've never tried it?? I thought that this went above and beyond. I also bought a handful of optics from here and the prices were very fair, and significantly less than MSRP for Vortex products. I have now referred several of my friends here for any Vortex optic and anything to do with bows. Shout out to Josiah for being so attentive and helpful. And to the gentleman with the great beard - I'm sorry I forgot your name- thank you for being so crazy helpful and patient with me!
