Mr. Mitchell addressed the issue without delay and followed up with heartfelt letter detailing our conversation. This gentleman is a rare gem. If Mr. Mitchell is a representation of Royal Paper's values, look no further. You can purchase Royal Paper products knowing the company is available to the consumer, and that they genuinely strive to offer the very best of paper products.

Not sure why all the good reviews, maybe i came on a bad day. But this many hours to get loaded is uncalled for Arrived at 0945. Waited 3.5 hours for a dock assignment. Its roughly 1500 and im on a dock yet they still havent began to load.

Royal Paper at 49th ave and Van Buren is excellent. Loaders are quick and polite while Office Staff are efficient and customer oriented. Security on site is also excellent and excels at customer service while maintaining a smooth control of the environment.
