Great Doctor. Very straightforward, efficient, and compassionate. I'm very happy Dr. Odgers is my doctor.

Saw the doctor on 12/11 for follow up due to ongoing trigger finger issue. They took xrays of hand and elbow based on my complaints. He came into the room, said nothing of the xrays and immediately asked if I wanted a shot or surgery. After my asking him several questions, including what he recommended, I was lead to think surgery was the best option. He didn't bother to address the wrist nor elbow issues I reported. I had to ask and his only response what it was golfers elbow and to get a split for the wrist. He was literally in the room just a few minutes and said someone would call me to schedule. Now weeks later I have had zero follow-up so I call the scheduler (1/4/21) and learn nothing has been started to get me on the schedule. When I ask why, Nicole says she needs to confirm information with me first. I was patient given the holidays and COVID but am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of caring and service from this office. The whole point of going is that I am experiencing pain to such a degree that my daily functions are limited and to this the doctor fails to remedy or even express empathy. When I shared my experience with the scheduler I was assured she could get me in next week. This only served to cement my opinion that this is a cattle call practice and I will not be trusting my health to them.

Good Doc. Hand specialist. Does not automatically recommend surgery. I trust his opinion.

Very nice, thorough, and knowledgeable. Explained everything so I could understand what was going on. Got me in next day surgery. Epic. When does that happen? Just a great guy.
