I work for a behavioral health center and I schedule rides for clients with safewing. I literally schedule the clients to get picked up 1 hour before their appointments and they take exactly a whole hour to pick them up, by the time they get picked up they’re already late for their appointment. They take about 30 to 45 minutes to pick someone up or they don’t show up at all. I also try calling the number to talk to a representative but It just rings and rings and rings and I cannot get a hold of anyone or leave a voicemail or anything. They are very frustrating and I feel so bad for the clients because they wait so long to get picked up. I wish I could give them no stars at all honestly. Safewing is just terrible, I would recommend Veyo instead for transportation.

My clinic arranged for transport for me through Safe Wing recently ..The drivers are very polite and the drive was stress free! They treat you like a king! You pay with your fingerprint squiggle on the ipad or cellphone..."Tah Dah" all done! Would highly recommend Safewing for transportation in and around the city of Phoenix!
I would give negative 's if I could. I have never heard of this place and they just picked up a resident of ours and her escort. The outside of the van was filthy, but considering the rain I can overlook it. The driver looked like he hadn't showered in over a week and the inside of the van looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months with all the dust and dirt build up. The driver, van #55, stayed in the van the entire time. Did not offer any assistance and when we couldn't open the back to get the Walker in, he still sat there and didn't do anything. People are clearly lazy and this company is clearly only in it to make money. I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
Safewing is a mixed bag of horrible and not so great service. Ive waited two plus hours for a pickup, Ive also had safewing just simply not show up. To be fair they show up 95% of the time. Usual wait times to be picked up are about 30 minutes to an hour. The drivers are usually kind. Overall not a great experience.
January 2nd at 5:50 pm the driver on 101 northbound was texting and driving swerving all around doing 80mph in the HOV lane by himself unit #7 black Male
White Safewing van almost hit me as it was on 7th st in a 35mph zone where it was weaving in and out of traffic. Driving erratically, tailgating and cutting cars off. This driver managed to tailgate, almost side swipe and cut me off in 1.5 miles. From Palm Ln to Osborn , making right on Osborn and a left on 12th St. I work for a large healthcare organization that does in home care and care in facilities and will advise all our customers to steer clear of this company. Obviously, they are a danger to their clients and other drivers on the road.
