Definitely a great place to be if you have absolutely nothing to do ALL DAY LONG... Unfortunately I had to pay a driver to sit there for hours I would not recommend to my worst enemy

Received a call the 20th of October said they would call the 21st and schedule delivery on the 22nd! The call came on the 21st and I was told they couldn't deliver on the 22nd because the truck didn't come up to my area that day! Then received another call on the 21st and said they would deliver on the 22nd between 12-4 pm! Then on the 22nd supposedly day of delivery they called and said sorry we don't deliver in your area we're going to hand it off to another company! They may not deliver till Monday the 26 th! Been waiting for 2 weeks already!! Seems like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!! Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Very poor communication/service!

I had a hay feeder for my horse delivered yesterday in Queen Creek, AZ and SAIA Freight has the nicest people working for them. The customer service should get 10 stars, as well as the driver who delivered the feeder. He needs 10 stars as well. He was so nice. I highly recommend this company.
