Set up a time for a measure in July. Nate came out to measure and said we would get an email in approx 4-5 business days with the bid. Never received the email. I waited until day 10 and called and left a voicemail. Never got a call back. I left another vm a few days later. No call back and never received the email bid. If a company can’t even bother to return a call or follow through on a promise what would happen if there was a problem during construction.

Nate at Saturn Pool Company is great to work with! He doesn't overlook the details and was fair and honest. The whole thing took 6-8 weeks as promised. We love the finished pool and BBQ island!

Nate was awesome! Can't say enough how pleased we are with our pool/spa and working with Nate. From our first meeting on he was so professional and on top of all the workers. He returned calls/messages quickly and we were kept in the loop from beginning to end. He had us swimming in no time without any problems. I have heard so many horror stories with other companies our friends have used and I am so thankful we did not run into any of that with Saturn Pools. Nate's attention to every detail and ensuring all work is done to perfection is truly a great feeling. I know we truly got a amazing pool with great work done and no corners cut. Even since the install we have had a couple questions and he has answered all our questions even coming out to give us another tutorial on how to use the heater for the spa. Thank you again making this process so easy for us. I would encourage anyone in the market for a pool to contact Nate and you will see for yourself how professional he is.
