Schreiner's is so overrated. I don't know if people give raving reviews out of loyalty because they've been in Phoenix for so long or what it is. If you've ever been to Germany you will know Schreiner's products are extremely sub standard. As a matter of fact, you will have a better experience eating a run of the mill supermarket Johnsonville sausage. Schreiner's prices are outrageous, and the quality of their products cannot justify it. Some of the sausages have a strange spongyness to them. You can see in photos the weirdness. Also they are quite sloppy as they do not remove the strings from the sausages so if you don't notice that you will cook them like we did and figure it out once you start chewing on them. The idea of having a local place to get fresh made artisan sausages is awesome, unfortunately Schreiner's doesn't offer quality to match.

Best sausage in the Valley! Delicious! The pork links, sweet Italian and hot Italian are all a \10\ in my book. This place should be a landmark!

Service is always awesome even when they have a full house. The staff was very helpful and observant. Bring your appetite because portions are filling. Reminds me of a cafe in Chicago I loved to visit.
