BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY Called ahead and made trip down to McDowell. Charged my card. When I picked up parts I realized they didn't have the correct part. Received refund minus 10% store discretionary restocking fee. They didn't have to order my part, packages were still sealed and they didn't even leave the store. This fee was not justified. Manager refused with statement. It's policy. Well my policy is not to work with crooks and to tell everyone that will listen not use business that are crooks.
Great service, although SCP-106 did cause a slight mould outbreak.
