The amount of improvements I have seen in my understanding of body and muscle, as well as the improvement I have made in being able to perform any of the workouts, is amazing. I want to thank the workout gym for helping me with perseverance and patience!

What a remarkable gym they have everything you can imagine I can't imagine how someone else could go to another gym the students here are very fortunate and have no idea how it was 20 years ago
Good place to get your workout done. Very little people to bother you. Everyone mind's their own business. Not a place to bring guests as it's too expensive. Right in front of the lightrail so you don't have to walk far after leg day.
Great place to workout and the YMCA is conveniently located next door. No excuses for not working out.
