Attentive customer service, I was able to stay in touch with them despite my schedule; they called me to clarify some things, discuss options, and they were able to recover all the data I wanted. Obviously I hope I don't lose data again, but if it happens I'll definitely use SDR.

They’re a little cheaper than their competitors and my oh my do they have great customer service! I must have called Chris 10 times concerned about my item and every time he would answer even on the weekend. The one time he didn’t answer I left a voicemail and he called me back after maybe 40 seconds. I was blown away. In the business world, such communication and willingness to help doesn’t exist. Secure Data is the place to go! I had nearly a Terabyte of files that got lost from a broken hard drive and they were able to give me back a 100% recovery. I was concerned when I read reviews about a 99% recovery. But mine was 100. All of my music, all of my PowerPoint slides, all of my pictures and all of my videos! Despite the nagging covid nonsense, Chris came through every time. He would email me back within minutes!!! I couldn’t believe how proficient and time sensitive!
