Maria and all of her staff are simply amazing. I have been seeing her for the last 1 1/2 years and I could not be more happy with the results. I have tried laser in the past, paying a lot more for a hell of a lot less. She is the best in the business. I’m so happy my husband found her and brought her into my life!

What a quaint little place in Central Phoenix conveniently located right off the light rail. From the phone representative, the front desk attendant to April...this place is first class! Thank you for everything and providing excellent customer service during these crazy times!

Leading with the positive, the spa is incredibly clean and inviting and the staff always seemed kind and caring. Unfortunately, during an initial consultation I was provided with inaccurate information regarding the procedure/service that led to a subsequent purchase of a 1000 package that did not end well. I discovered what I should have been told half-way through the 3rd service and was unable to continue. Had that fact been known, I would have not have continued beyond the initial session knowing this service was not right for me - the 1000 package would have never been purchased. Perhaps part of this is on me to do better homework but I would have expected more from expert staff. The 80 refund offered was a nice gesture but it does not make up for money/time wasted that was far greater.

The review goes to Stephanie all the way from Dallas, Texas. She is the perfect electrologist you can find. As a student, I have spoken to several electrologists but I did not find the same. She is an outstanding trainer for electrolysis and advanced electrology. She is a definetly an asset for the field of electrology and her organization for sure. Second, her knowledge and the support she provides is highly commendable. Definetly whoever thinks they need to get electrolysis or thermocoagulation please see her and also electrology education.She has been my mentor and has been suppporting me in and out with my electrlysis clinic. My patients have appreciated me for my work. Thank you so Much Stephanie. I am proud to say that she is my mentor. I have another asset in my life and I am her proud student. I recently had my lips done here could not be more SATISFIED! Senza pelo has been my home for hair removal as well as skincare for years. The nurse who did my treatment listened to all of my areas of concern and addressed them better than I could’ve explained or requested. So much skill at this office and all the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Also following all Covid precautions and measures!
