I’ve rode this shuttle numerous times without a problem with other chauffeurs, I recently had the worst experience with a certain chauffeur, do not recommend riding with the chauffeur who goes by the name Jesus I didn’t catch a last name, he’s very inappropriate & rude. He will start asking if anybody wants anything from the store that he will pay and he’ll come back with nothing, and sometimes even flirts with some of the passengers, not only that the drive will be longer than with any other driver, he finds any little reason to stop for his own purpose, the drive from douglas to phoenix shouldn’t be more than 4 hours it took us 5 hours to get there because he stopped several times not counting the shuttle in tucson to pick up other people & drop off, throughout the drive he picked up his phone countless times and stayed on it for more than 5 minutes each time. a passenger asked him if she can charge their phone and he immediately changed his whole mood and started being rude and said si with attitude so she did and as we were 10 minutes out from arriving to the phoenix shuttle she tried to grab her phone so she can call or text whoever was picking her up he sighed you could tell the look in his face and his expression how mad he got and he basically yelled at her saying “ a la otra pregunta “ she did not know she had to ask for her own phone if it was such a problem he should have never said yes in the first place. he threw her bags on the floor as she went to go get them in the back. over all very unprofessional disrespectful and disgusting the way he talked and treated people. i will never ride the shuttle again if he’s the one driving. next time i will call and ask prior to see who is driving.

VERY BAD SERVICE!!! I called to get a quote for sending a package to mexico and a lady answered. i did not get her name. my husband tried explaining that we wanted to send a bag and asking how much they charge. the women very unhelpful started going on about how she can't tell us over the phone and she couldn't give us an estimate because it depended on the size of that bag. i grabbed the phone and told her we would be sending a bag with baby items for a friend and that i could tell her the size of the bag. it was 13gallons. from th start she sounded just upset and unwilling to help and like my call was a bother. when i told her the size she stayed quiet for a few second and hung up on me. i am never using this service again and will definitely not recommend it to anyone. MUY MAL SERVICIO!!! marque para que me dieran un estimado de una bolsa que quiera mandar para mexico para un amigo que acab de tener una bebe. la señora que contesto desde un principio se noto su tono de voz como frustrada y sin querer ayudarnos. le preguntamos cuanto cobraba y nos respondió que no podia decirnos por que no sabia de que tamaño era la bolsa y le trato mi esposo de explicar que tamaño para que pudiera darnos un estimado y seguia con un tono de voz muy cortante diciendo que no podia darnos un estimado por que no sabia que tipo de bolsa era. tome el teléfono y le ex[lique que llevaba cosas de bebe y que yo le podia decir exactamente que tamaño era la bolsa y que era de 13 gallones. Estuvo la llamada en silencio varios segundos y después ella me colgó. Nunca en un futuro usaremos este servicio ni compañía y tampoco se lo recomendaría a absolutamente ninguna persona.
Their service is okay, however I do not like the fact that they call other companies(Shuttles) to pick up clientes when the reality is that you are paying to them. I was traveling to Nogales and they called Morena Shuttle to pick me up and Morena's service was horrible, the vans were really bad, no air conditioning, they were dirty and the driver drove really bad. Also I waited three hours on Sergios shuttle Office to get a shuttle when I called them two hours before and they said that they still had tickets and they were reserving me one. So I am really dissapointed because this is not the first time that they have done this to me.
