We waited 3 months for our appointment and had it 3 months in advance. Both myself and my ex. husband took the day off work to be there in support of our son. The day before the appointment, the office cancelled without any apology or explanation. Now we’re out of a day’s pay and we’re right back where we started. No thanks, we’ll see someone different that’s able to keep their commitments and has at the very least, decent communication and customer service skills! 1 star is generous! Update: Received a call back from the office and we were able to reschedule for later that day.
