This is an amazing experience always. I have been with them for over 10 years. it is nice to deal with a smaller bank and a staff that actually knows who you are. Customer service is top notch. Elizabeth has been there a long time and always ask about my family when I call in.

I noticed that the other comments here are referring to the warehouse. My statement is regarding the Credit Union for employees which I have been a member since 1980. I have tried other Credit Unions they charged me so many fines half my money was gone. But here you just put your 25.00 dollar membership amount and don't worry about it anymore. And they have a Christmas club account to prepare for Christmas. They have been a great help. I have a follow up for this: Shamrock Foods federal has merged with SUNWEST credit union at the same location.
