LOVE, LOVE, LOVE MY POOL!!! Shasta Pools is an awesome company and I'm thrilled I chose them to build my pool. My designer (Chris Orio) was so helpful in designing my pool. I had an idea, but he perfected it. My superintendent (Greg) checked that all projects were completed to code and Shasta's standards and would let me know what the next step would be. My project coordinator (Leya) did such an awesome job keeping things running smoothly. Orientation with Scott was very helpful. I obtained 3 estimate and Shasta Pools not only quoted a lower price, but the equipment/products were of a higher quality. It was fun watching the process from beginning to end. All the construction workers did a fantastic job and were always willing to answer my questions and had no problem with my taking photos/videos while working. This is one of the best investments I've made and because I also had a heater installed I'll enjoy my pool year round. Thank you Shasta Pools and your amazing team!
Our Spool heater started leaking. We had relatives coming in from Chicago who were hoping to spend time in the spool. Shasta had their service technician Rodney call. Rodney explained that repairing my heater could be more expensive than replacing it with a new heater. Randy came out the next day, was were personal and installed a new heater. I was VERY pleased with Randy and Shasta service.
Our pool is beautiful! We cannot wait to go for a swim. The one complaint we have is our middle travertine pad needs to be fixed. We have owned the pool for 10 days now and feel the process is taking more time than we expected.
Everyone at Shasta has been wonderful to deal with. From Cyndi Morelli (design) to Vina Ortega (project coordinator) and everyone in between. Thank you for helping to make the dream of our backyard pool and spa a reality.
