Blonde waitress that served us was AMAZING. Good food and not a long wait for the food despite being busy.. Hostess desk was only concern... no one to be found for a long time. Where was the manager as well? Never saw one.

Always a good time. They said sushi bar was closed but they let a few couples sit there after us. Bummer...great food though.

Very disappointed. Staff told us on the phone they are affiliated with the location in California. Therefore, I was under the impression they have vegan options. We were told otherwise when we arrived. We waited 25 minutes for an answer. Also, we were told we could buy a gift certificate at this location could be used in CA. That was also untrue. The staff was slow and one was rude. This was a waist of our time.

I've been here before and food and service was good. This visit the service was about a 1 (slow, unresponsive with limited people), food was about a 2.5. The noodle soup (beef broth with udon not on menu) was so salty it was inedible yet when I said that to the server, no offer was made to replace, just got charged 18.50 (very expensive for a bowl of soup). Rest of the food was poor to mediocre at best - both cooked food and sushi. Was very much looking forward to a dinner here and was incredibly disappointed. To owner’s comment - it is the shogun at Tatum and cactus - same one here. You have a soup that’s off the menu, recommended by a staff member when I asked if there was soup offered. For good reason it's off the menu unfortunately. Look at your receipts for tonight 12/29...
