Check out was extremely quick and easy. Upgraded my car at no cost to a nicer car that was fun to drive. Price was better than all other agencies in Phoenix while I was there. Will use them again for sure.

Second poor experience in a row and no contact after the initial poor review. Sixt has shown zero interest in customer service. Initial visit full-size rental vehicle wasn’t available so they put me in a mid-size. Second visit there were no employees at main desk (Phoenix airport) upon arrival and NO employees to receive my vehicle upon turn in. The Fox rental company right next to me had an attentive staff member checking vehicles in as they arrived. DO BETTER.
Awesome experience! My flight landed past midnight, and I saw this location has hours of 7 am - 12 midnight beforehand. I stayed at a hotel near the airport and went to Sixt the next morning (via hotel shuttle). The check out process was quick and easy. The employee (I can not remember her name -- sorry!) was awesome! she suggested a larger SUV for me and I agreed. I was so glad she made the recommendation. The vehicle was a new Volvo XC60. It was very easy to drive and very economical. It was a great way to tour around Arizona. Thanks Sixt!
I arrived in Phoenix around 10:00 pm and when I got to the rental building the attendant was very professional, knowledgeable and quick. I was able to get my car in less than 30 minutes. The other attendant working at the car pick up/drop off area was friendly and explained what I had to do the day returning the car; where I had to go to drop off the car and where I could leave the keys in case I had to leave early in the morning. The car was in excellent condition, it was exactly the car I wanted. They also provided me with a card that came in handy the day I was returning the car because it had the address where I had to drop off the car, saving me time having to look up this information. Overall, it was a very stress-free experience. I will definitely rent from Sixt again.
Best car rental company out there! Second time in less than a month at Phoenix Airport car rental waiting in an endless line at another rental company. My husband walked up to Sixt and had a great car at a very fair rate within 20 minutes. Wendy went above and beyond with her amazing customer service. She and her Co workers even recommended an amazing lunch place. We will only rent from Sixt from here on out. Wendy, we can't thank you enough. The car is spotless,, no hustle and bustle to get on with our vacation Five star service!!!
