If I could give this place negative 10, I would. This place is HORRIBLE. They don't seem to care at all. I was given the wrong information multiple times, hung up on, given the wrong extension, and never gotten calls back. Even spoke to the manager there and he never called me back. This place is suppose to he essential, but takes this as some kind of joke. They keep blaming the pandemic to why they are so unorganized, but what is the pandemic to do with misinforming people. I was dealing with this office for 2 months and still haven't gotten my daughters social. They forwarded my ID over to another location without any paperwork that was given to them. Now I'm going to have to start all over and NO ONE is willing to help me.. now I have to postpone taxes even longer. Please make sure to do your own research. You will get screwed over.

I called there today as I had requested a replacement SS card back in Jan. I did the on line app. as they said and gave them the proof they requested. I got a letter saying they rev's everything and were processing my request. It said there was nothing else I needed to do. I waited the 2 weeks as they said and gave them a call as I hadn't received it. The person I talked to told me that if I had sent in a cert. copy of my license as I was told to do by the 800 number, they would probably deny it. When I tried to explain that they told me to do it he hung up on me

Today I called to get a new social security card and the recording said that the office was open. After driving from east Mesa I learned it is CLOSED! You must schedule a appointment. When I called they advised that they are booked out and rep wouldn’t even schedule me a appointment at that location and that I needed to call my local office four days from now.
