I had a great experience with Solar Topps. I had received quotes from 7 different companies and they won my business for various reasons. Their price was extremely competitive when comparing similar quality products, they were extremely responsive, Their sales rep. (Tony) took the time to walk me through the proposal, but was also extremely responsive through the full experience. Nearly every follow question I had was answered the same day. Even when there was an issue with the initial plan that was submitted to SRP, they quickly offered alternate options that still met my needs. The installation was seamless, and even though we were near the end of the year, they managed to get everything done and turn on before the 2020 tax incentives expired. The system has been turned on for two months now and everything is performing as expected. The only area of improvement I could suggest is that during the quoting process, it was not clear that they would not be installing a demand load management system (which is fairly standard) and the connections to see my house's power consumption/demand from the grid. Not a huge deal, but a little more clarity there would have been helpful, but would not have changed my mind in selecting them. Overall I am extremely pleased with the system so far and have not had any surprises in my bills from SRP.

Worked here for about two years in Engineering department. They brought me in and took the time to teach me how to correctly evaluate each project to maximize production and comply with all code and regulations. The team is not very large but comprised of mostly good people everyone is hard-working. Management were always good to me. I recommend to Anyone work there.
During this COVID-19 outbreak, Solar Topps has been there for our family when it mattered most. With our current financial situation we knew that saving money on our electric bill would make a huge difference for us. We wanted to have our system up and running as quickly as we could. Joan and her team had our system turned on within 2.5 months. We were so impressed by this, especially considering all of the shut downs that were impacting our permitting and inspection timelines. But they made it happen! We are so happy to finally have our system running and helping us save money, especially when every bit counts. We will be recommending this company to all of our friends and neighbors that are considering going solar.
I contacted Solar Topps earlier today, the company that installed the Solar Panels at my home. An Engineer (Aneal) called me a short time later. I told him what my issues were (not being able to monitor the wattage my Panels was generating), so he ask me if I mind if he could disconnect so he could do some research, he called back promptly as he promised. Aneal walked me through everything that I need to do to understand how to log on the Solar Edge support site and monitor the output of my Panels. I had been at this for about a week and was about ready to give up. Thank you Aneal. I really appreciated you help.
I work in project management side for five years and I am completely baffled what some people have written. I do not recognize several of these name and must say there are some serious misrepresentation about this company. For anyone considering joining solar topps do what I did go and see them in their office. You will find hard-working and honest people that are trying to do good. If employee quit it was because they either did not enjoy Solar or thought they could make more money somewhere else, or if they were terminated, it was because they didn’t take their job seriously or be willing to learn and figure out what they need to do. It’s true the management of this company work really hard and expect all of its employee to do the same, but that because they want to provide the best service to its customer. When you’re dealing with someone’s home this should be the bare minimum. If you’re not willing to do this that then this company is not right for you. But the management is also very caring, family oriented, willing to train and give any resources they can for you to succeed. I really enjoyed working here. I have told them that when I return to Arizona I will be seeing if my old best position was still available. Don’t be fooled by these negative review go and see them for yourself
