I'm at the place now. They served the food forgot to serve mine. An hour later when I said something about it they all acted like I was starting trouble for nothing. They even tried to lie and say that it didn't happen. Not one took responsibility for it. Just acted like nothing happened. Just to be clear they served my food a hour late.I'm at the place now. They served the food forgot to serve mine. An hour later when I said something about it they all acted like I was starting trouble for nothing. They even tried to lie and say that it didn't happen. Not one took responsibility for it. Just acted like nothing happened. Just to be clear they served my food a hour late. Did you see the response from the owner that they wanted to address it while I was still here. Well let me tell you what happened. The next day they came in and told me that I was being discharged on Friday. The food incident was on Monday. I was told that I was being discharged on Tuesday. The discharge was for Friday. The person who spent the day getting me discharged is named Danica. She told the insurance that I wasn't going to improve with more therapy. But when I had a chance to get a bed somewhere else she told them I needed therapy which disqualified from getting the bed. She wants to kick me out at 7am before the shelter l can go to even opens so I will be just on the street. That is how bad and petty they are. Protect the people that were lying and kick out the person telling the truth. Oh, I forgot I talked to the place that I trying to get the bed from. They said they asked for more information but Danica never sent it. That's how they operate. But I don't want to say that they're all like that. I met some hard working nice people here. People that were great at their job. To them I want to thank them for their hard work.

My mom died here 2 weeks ago. After her stroke and a good referral from a urse\ we transferred my mom here. Had trouble communicating with my mom and getting a call back from the staff. When I would call to get an update they would get upset for asking questions and would tell me she was doing well. Up to the date she died i was told she was good. I believed them because they are the \professionals\ i should of followed my gut but is too late now. she died all alone. After talking to her on Tuesday i realized she didn't sound well. I called her nurse.. was told she was well.. On Thursday i requested she get transferred to the ER because to me she didn't sound like her old-self.i was not able to talk to the case manager instead i was only able to leave a VM. Brenda the nurse, called me back that day at 5pm and said my mom was doing well and they had the equipment necessary should she need it or they would transferred her to ER if they thought it was necessary. Friday at 8:55am she was rushed to the ER; at 9:25am she passed away. I was told by the ER doctor that upon her arrival my mom was already \very ill\ she was also dehydrated and just too late.. If she was \well\ how did things turn around so fast? I understand people have to die but if they had told me she was in her dying stage or very ill at least she could of died surrounded by the people that loved her not in a cold lonely room. If you love your family member don't take her/him here! I wish I never did!

If you really love someone you are thinking of having taken care of do not send them here. My grandma was sent here to recover for a leg injury and be watched. While she was there communication was horrible with the employees they were rude and didn't seem to care. My grandmas leg wasn't taken care of she got be soars there and to top it off one of the staff gave her covid because outside guest aren't allowed. Her oxygen was really low and they couldn't tell us how long for so who knows and it shows how little she was taken care of. The manager stated it was our fault not there's and hospital instructed us to remove her from the home and send her back there due to the poor care. She was only there to recover from a leg and didn't get the care she needed and now she has died from covid and its because of this place. I repeat do not send your loved ones there unless you want a possible death certificate.
