One of the best apartment we ever lived. We lived here for 5 years and the best management ever. John and Patricia are very nice. We left coz we purchased a house but if we ever live in an apartment again, I would definitely rent here again. This apartment is highly recommended. Thank you management! I was considering this place, but I agree with 'Rival & A Sentinel' (left a comment a year ago). This is not twitter and the management, whoever is replying to these comments is unprofessional and should not be working in a client-facing role. Your actions drive people away. Sure, you keep the customers you have, like you said in your nasty reply; but for real, it is absolutely concerning that you feel too insecure about your property that you even feel like the 3-star reviews are worth attacking-as if they're going to hurt your reputation. Your actions are hurting your reputation more than they are. Ignore the average comments, or don't look at all.
I absolutely loved living here! I was referred by a friend and felt safe and at home as soon as I stepped on the property. John and Patricia (the management team) were welcoming and very thorough in their property tour, contracts and rules so there is no possible way Tennants don't know what is expected or how things run. I loved that it was a month to month with 30 day notice so that there was not the pressure of long term contracts when life happens. The price was definitely in my budget and affordable and the space was always well maintained. Any maintenance I needed was always provided within 24 hours and Joel is an incredible resource and highly skilled individual. The 24 hour laundry on site was nice since I didn't have to try and schedule laundry around my job and office hours of the property. The pool was great in the summer and I did use it often. (They are currently renovating the pool area so it should be fantastic in a few weeks and I'm sad I won't get to experience it.) There are cameras everywhere on the property and as a single female I truly appreciated the extra security to feel safe in my home. They closed 1 gate by 10p everynight for added safety. I can't say enough about the effort to keep the property safe and comfortable for all of us tenants. All of my neighbors were nice and personable. It is a true community. I lived here for 1.5 years and If I had not moved out of the state, I would still be a very happy resident at Southpoint.
We lived here for a little over a year until we were ready to buy a house. Couldn’t have been happier with the atmosphere and location. Plus, John was phenomenal about getting any repairs done. We will definitely miss this place!
Southpoint is more than a comfortable apartment complex. It is a community of friendly, respectful residents. The apartments are well maintained by the attentive management team. John was always available for any issue and ready to assist tenants in almost any capacity. I would recommend anyone looking for a reasonably priced apartment in this area to check on availability. The complex is usually full of satisfied tenants so you may have to check more than once.
