I have not have had a good experience with the med check doctor here at all. Her communication is TERRIBLE! She rushed and gave my daughter and incorrect diagnosis. So now weeks later, my daughter's behavior has gotten worse. They need to hire ppl who actually CARE about helping their patients.

I am a patients mom and I’m new to this. The office is kept clean I like it. It’s big and location is good. However I have been having such a difficult time trying to schedule with the psychologist. I’m not joking an extremely difficult experience! I call every day when they open (8am) and they tell me it’s booked for the day call tomorrow. That’s the policy you can’t schedule normal it’s so complicated! You have to call to schedule two days out. They don’t make appointments further or more in advance. It’s been over a week of calls. Another issue is when we checked out last week they asked if we would prefer a female or male psychologist for our chart and come to find out they only have a female. So why am I getting wrong information from front desk? I just found this out today because I asked to switch and the lady said we don’t have another person and apologized for the wrong information. So let’s see how long it takes to finally get through! I will be seeking a different location starting the new year

My son and I both have been coming to this location for about a year now. A little bit of a wait sometimes but Dr. Dek, Evette and the therapists are awesome! Totally worth the wait when you see people that actually care about your health.
