I fell in financial ruin trying to take care of my grandmother who had emergency surgery. This institution claimed to help me with my own place to stay based on my medical status. Instead, they placed me in a pest-infested (roaches, bedbugs, silverfish etc) house full of drug users and a violent samoan who caused me and two others to be victims of domestic violence. Because of this I could never visit my doctors because they never received confirmation that the residence was clear of all pests. I never caused any damage nor was I disruptive of the peace, but when I had to urgently move out because of the traumatizing experiences, they never returned my security deposit, which is illegal!!! Never ever again! They make a profit off of people who have gone through crises and turn them in to greater victims of harm and malfeasance. They should be shutdown for this!

SBH Services rocks! I work in the HR Department and everyone is so nice and friendly here. I'm so glad that I did not turn down my offer based off of the bad reviews on here! This is a great company to work for with so much room for job development and growth! Really honored to be apart of the SBH team!

#1 . We were seeking some form of emergency help in rental assistance because we had received a 5 day notice and with being disabled & having limited income we kinda got in a bind , we contacted SouthWest lol like ryan white told us to do. Then front desk told us to call a guy name Marshall in charge of rental assistance... Marshall was very RUDE & NO HELP AT ALL , u can tell he really didn't care probbpro because it wasn't his family nor was he in our shoes .. he also made it clear that there is no emergency help available that it would be a long process if they did decide to help.....I'm very disappointed in Southwest now n could not leave a good review , yes there are some good people that work there and do care but as for Marshall I feel he reflects poorly on the company & makes them look bad!!! Hey buddy if you don't like your job...... Then get a new one !!!!!!!!!!

I worked at SBH for a few months things were going great at the Sheridan house in Scottsdale. I was hit by a semi-truck and for obvious reasons not able to work for about 6 years. I had spoke to HR and my manager at the time and they said I was definitely eligible for re-hire. I went and applied for some of their positions and I went to interview at one of the sites. The lady who interviewed me lied on her written report to HR. She also said I went looking for clients, which is and was a complete falasy. I saw one of the clients from Sheridan and simply said hello. If behavioral health agencies want people to be treated like everyday citizens why does the management t for these companies not understand basic human social interactions? I do not have a master's degree however, what I see in behavioral health you do not need a master's degree, you can simply be a douche to people and get ahead. Update: So I read the note left by the director of marketing and called to speak with this person. Was transferred back to HR and spoke to the same lady who simply restated the supervisors words who I interviewed with. What happened to Southwest Behavioral Health? The entire time I was in the hospital I was treated amazingly, and when I am ready to work again treated like a throw away piece of garbage. Is this how the company treats it's staff members now? Seriously you expect people to treat everyone great and you treat someone who was good like a criminal. After reading the reviews it is apparent the management has given up caring and simply hires people to keep the money flowing, regardless of how clients and employees are treated.
