I don't even know where to start... I've been a patient here for years and every 3 months I am told to call at 8am to schedule an appointment for a medication refill. It's impossible to get an appointment even if you are the first caller at 8am!!I was insured through AHCCCS and was well aware that I was about to lose my insurance so I asked if I could just pay for the refill visits out of pocket, the staff said yes and that was it. Come to find out when I tried making my last appointment they closed my case because I lost my insurance. No one called me to warn me or give me a heads up or send me a letter telling me they would do this so I was told that I would have to do another intake and evaluation which would cost me around 500. How can a behavioral health facility just cut someone off of their medications and expect them to take care of their children and work while having to stop taking their meds cold turkey??? How is that professional?? That's the most crooked, careless, and completely INHUMANE thing I've ever seen in my life!! They tell me \Well we can transfer you to the nurse practitioner and see if they can get you a bridge prescription\ Yeah, ok. No one picks up the phone and even if you leave a message, NO ONE calls you back!! I know this wasn't my doctors fault because Andrea always treated me with respect and like a human being but I've even emailed the director and gotten NO RESPONSE!! I can't believe this place gets away with throwing people away. It's as if they do it intentionally without any remorse just so they can take your money, get you put on medicine that you have to continue taking to function in this world properly, then leave you in the dark with horrible withdrawals. Don't waste your time here, go to a primary care doctor who will actually give you the time of day because this place is garbage!

Who ever owns southwest I hope you get to see this. Your \system sucks\ your pharmacist at Genova do not care about your customer. First I just want it to be clear that I waited a whole month to write this review but it has been on my mind. Trying to give you guys the befit of the doubt but no I DO NOT AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SOUTHWEST TO ANYONE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE THEY WILL WASTE YOURS. It is impossible to get an appt with a Doctor for Medications. People come here for help and k people want to die. And the facility does not care the bosses do not care if they did they would change some rules . like the appointment policy I've been calling everyday for 2 whole weeks at 8am like they request and guess what I HAVE YET TO MAKE APPOINTMENT TO SEE MY DOCTOR. second the therapist I have doesn't really care about her job and looks sad all the time. Third like talk about Genova the pharmacy . They once looked me right in my eyes said we do not have your med and will mail them to you. It took me another 2 week on the phone explaining to everyone what she told me and that I never recieved my meds. Guess what the pharmacist had to say she said I quote \I must have forgot\ she pretty much said to me I don't care about my job or your health for \forgetting\ DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET IF YOU DO. Thank you who ever took the time to read this . this place made me crazier then I am .

The way the handle appointments is unexpectble. I can't ever get in to refill my son medication before it runs out. He will go days without his medication before I can refill. They won't allow me to make ahead of time. I have to call every day by 8am in the morning to see if they opening. Instead of making an appointment at the last doctor visits. I think it's so wrong to let a child go with out there medication just because of the way the handle making appointments. I'm so sick of this place. My son will be going without of medication again and no in front even cares about. Beside how the front office works his doctor is wonderful. I'm only giving it because of the front and the appointment. Shame on you for hurting a child.

My appointment was at 12 to be seen by Audrey a medical doctor I was 7 min late they told me they would still see me but then after a 30 min wait told me that I only had a 5 min late window so they refused to see me and told me to wait for a no show i waited two hours before I had to go I kept telling them I need my meds and they didn't seem to care as they kept giving me the run around saying that the nurse would see me to saying the nurse was not in her office and would call me they refused to refill my meds before the holidays and now I have to wait another possible week.

Cant get in to see dr. They tell you to call at 8 am. When you do they are already booked only take 2 appt a day. This place is a joke no wonder mental health is such a mess
