I had a amazing experience! My eyes are so important to me and The whole office was very caring, attentive and experienced. They even went beyond expectations to keep everyone safe and sanitized! The doctor was very thorough .

The staff and doctor are great but the optical section would not warranty my glasses ,when I brought them in pieces I was missing a lens and other part. Be aware of the warranty I wouldn’t buy glasses from them. I mentioned not to buy glasses I was wrong they do help you, ask for Veronica and she’ll take care of you got my new glasses warranty. THANK YOU SO MUCH VERONICA!!!!!
Was in and out within 1.5 hours. Staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all questions and were welcoming to my wisecracking. I sat in the parking area for another hour due to my eyes being dilated but I didn't ask about that first. Good experience all around.
The people that work that seem nice and professional but they had me come in for an eye test and the doctor that ordered it wasn't there so I have to make another appointment to have the eye test read .We could have done this in one visit not two. Now they have sent me a text stating I miss my appointment and they want me to reschedule I did not miss my appointment I went to my appointment I had a test done but the doctor wasn't there so I have have all ready rescheduled the. The Wright hand does not know what the left hand is doing.
Southwestern eye center was the best eye center I've ever been to I'm 67 years old and that's saying a lot I recommend them very highly they were awesome
