I am an avid hiker and I had developed a problem with my left knee locking up on the downhill hike. My Doctor recommended physical therapy. Nick did a very thorough evaluation on my first visit. I was then led through exercises to do. On my third visit I was given 3 additional exercises to do for a total of 11. The strivehub portal allows you to view videos of the exercises and submit completion providing some accountability which can be a valuable tool. You have to do the physical therapy for it to work. Eventually I knew the proof would be in hiking again. When I felt I had rehabbed enough the result was success! Great staff at the Biltmore location I went to. I would definitely go back to Spooner if I needed physical therapy again in the future.

Started pelvic floor therapy during my pregnancy with Cara Morrison and she has been wonderful! The whole experience at spooner has been seamless and I feel like I get a lot of one on one therapy with my PT and it is truly tailored to MY symptoms and feedback.
The staff are friendly and the therapist are super knowledgeable. Stephanie makes the process as simple as possible for visual learners like myself. Although I’m still in the beginning of the process, I do feel progression in my hips.
The workers at Spooner are super nice they treats everyone the same shout out to Paul he's super cool he takes time out to get to know you I would definitely refer Spooner.
My experience at Spooner so far has been amazing with the help of Natalie who totally ROCKS! Along with her, all of the people who work there are kind and caring, and it is a very positive environment during a time when help is needed to feel better. I would recommend the Biltmore location to anyone in a heartbeat!
