Came here for a procedure and was impressed with staff. Michelle the RN and Irene took good care of me. This was my 3rd procedure here and I noticed a lot of good improvements from before. I am happy with everyone who took care of me. If you come here expect shorter wait times and helpful nurses throughout your time. What a wonderful experience Dr Arya did a amazing job on my tongue surgery. I had this one particular nurse that made such a huge impact on me her name is Christina Jones she worked in outpatient overnight. What a amazing and loving and caring nurse. A month ago, I took my mother to have ear surgery at this facility. We are both pleased with the service at St. Joseph's Outpatient Surgery Center. Everything from the pre-op preparations, to the hospitality (the coffee was readily available and the waiting area is cozy and welcoming), to the receptionists, to the brief waiting time, to the attentive, compassionate, and special care the anesthesiologist, nurses and doctors provided to my mother was exceptional. Everybody was kind and professional and the nurses immediately followed up post-surgery. Thank you for your great service. I would highly recommend this facility.
