The building can be hard to navigate the first few times. Also there are one way streets around the building. I definitely recommend looking it up on maps before you leave. The pics show in order entrances. The staff and doctors are friendly, caring and helpful.

Absolutely fed up with this practice. I had a psychiatrist with the Tempe office who was fantastic and helped me so much but they unexpectedly closed that office with no prior notice the day before I had an appointment and they didn’t know where she went so I could not see her again. At the Tempe office they told me the out of pocket cost was 75 per session which was fine with me. After the Tempe office closed, I made an appointment at the Phoenix office where the receptionist confirmed the cost with my insurance was 35. However after the appointment, they charged my card 120. Also, I needed my prescription filled while I was out of the state for a couple of weeks. I filled out the refill form on their website and left multiple messages with the nurse saying I urgently needed it filled and never got any response or call back. I had great doctors here which is why I am not leaving one star, but the others client services are absolutely awful. I will not be coming back here, please beware.
I never leave reviews but this practice has been such a pain to work with. I’ve been trying to get my medication for over a month but my prescription keeps not getting filled. I’ve gone to several Walgreens and called Strategic Mental Health several times but almost never get an answer. In short, don’t go here.
Tracy always makes me feel comfortable during our visit She makes great tools to address my depression and severe anxiety issues. I would definitely refer her.
The owner is an out right lier. She told me Dr. Conboy and Dr. Erspamer quit because they didn't want to make the drive from east mesa when the Tempe office lease ended. That's a total lie. She fired them the monday after thanksgiving which was a week before they had planned on moving to the Phoenix office, COLD HEARTED. I was at the Tempe office when it happened. Tracy and Maria would never out right quit and leave without a notice or leave their patient's hanging. Their patient's need to know that.
