Very poor customer service ! 2 separate appointments, to separate complaints and issues with this place. I called 2 days in advance for simple oil change. When I arrived on the day of my appointment, I was told there were no appointments available. Why would I call 3 days in advance for an appointment, only to be told there are none available ridiculous !Never heard of such a thing. What's the purpose of making an appointment. This isn't the 1st time we've had trouble with this location, the last time was due to an air conditioned problem on our vehicle. They courted us over 1700. I went elsewhere in got a fix for 256. I totally do not recommend this place for anything!! Then to top it off, the service counter guide once to stay in there and argue with me over it. I will never be back to this shop again

Decent price for an oil change and free tire rotation. However, be careful because they tried to scam me by telling me I need new brakes AND ROTORS because it’s a newer model car and it’s standard to change rotors every time you change your brakes. Luckily, I know better than that and knew they were trying to rip me off. They said it would cost me 360 to change my brakes. When I heard that price, I thought they must be joking!? Be extremely careful when getting your car worked on here. Updated from 2 stars to now 1 star: I just took my front and rear wheels off to inspect the brake pad. Both brake pads have half of pad left on both sides. DO NOT GET ANY SERVICE DONE AT THIS PLACE! Now I’m concerned if they even know how to change oil in a car. They will try to rip you off!
Best auto shop in the valley by far!!!!! I'v been going to this location for years. They never fail me. Love Puna's customer service!!!! Most honest, smart and funniest person I've ever met. Make sure y'all give him a raise:) All of you guys are really awesome. Thank you again!!!!
I've been using Sun Devil Auto over the last few years after searching for a good auto shop. They are by far the best that I've experienced. Very honest and straight forward, fair priced and treat you very well. I recommend them for anything from an oil change to advanced car issues.
Honest, fast, and inexpensive. What more could you ask more?
