I was treated by NP Nesblit and I’m in so much pain with arthritis and a broken arm, seeing her was like seeing an angel. She is so kind and reassuring. However, there is an NP there named Loraine who is a despicable person. I have a wrist broken in two places. They under medicated me. She compared me to drug addicts and referred to me as “people like you.” I am turning her and the practice into the AZ board of nurse practitioners and writing Gov Ducey about her. Her behavior is abhorrent! Teresa

I am a patient and have been so impressed with this pain management practice that I am actually going to apply for a job there. I have worked in the healthcare field for several years and I am always impressed with the care and compassion I receive by the nurses nurse practitioners that I see as well as the rest of the staff. I did not know what to expect on my first appointment and honestly did not think they would take me as a patient because my circumstances are somewhat unusual but I came prepared with medical records and when they saw how many times I had been to the hospital they agreed to take me as a patient patient. I honestly do not understand these negative reviews. No one pushes procedures on me. Since I've been there I have had trigger point injections one time and I am now being referred to physical therapy as well which I am very happy about.. I am on a very low dose of medication as well. I am impressed by the number of urine samples I've had they follow strict rules and expect their patience to abide by those rules. I feel safe and cared for here. Thank you sun pain management for changing my life.

Mandy Neblett is a beautiful breath of fresh air. A total professional with a reassuring straight forward tone. It was a pleasure to have my first appointment with her!

I wish I can get one star. I came in and told him I was extremely dehydrated when I was asked to give it a urine test. I was told to go sit in the waiting room or somebody will be calling me I sat there for over 25 minutes and nobody came so I left. They called me back and told me that I need to come back up there and submit one which I had no problem with. Then I received another call telling me that I did this before. Never have I denied giving a urine sample. Didn't appreciate the rude call. And told him that I do not want to deal with them anymore I will go to another location and contact my primary care doctor. The office manager needs to learn manners and how to communicate with people. Some of us have real problems
