Dr. Cailin O'Hara is so incredibly skilled. She has helped guide me on a path of self-healing through her intuitive methods, acupuncture, cupping, and other methods of TCM. I cannot emphasize enough how working with Dr. Cailin has helped me pivot my life towards healing and joy. I literally did not think it was possible to heal my anxiety at this level and I am so incredibly grateful.

Dr.C is hands down the best doctor I have ever worked with, which is saying plenty as I’ve had an extensive list of various doctors trying to “fix” or heal me for more than half of my life. Off and on throughout a 15 year period I saw a number of psychologists & psychiatrists in an effort to help me move past multiple traumas of various types. During the last year of that 15 year period after a chronic pain condition diagnosis I added EMDR (26 hours worth), intensive DBT (99 hours), continued weekly therapy (52 hours that year) & 35 sessions of TMS therapy, to cover all my bases. The result: EMDR didn’t work for me, therapy wasn’t helping, TMS helped my mood temporarily, & DBT while very helpful for some things wasn’t able to help me at the root. I was scared, I felt like I was out of options, I had tried just about everything short of a lobotomy. Then Dr. C happened, the best thing out of 2020 for me. I heard about her from a friend who had worked with her & I was sold. In record tome I started to feel & experience a real positive change. The dots started to connect, those things that you think you “know” but don’t connect to actually started to click. The deep shame, guilt, fear, & sadness have changed, & are no longer all consuming. I’ve joked (but not really joking) with Cailin about starting a fan club, or acknowledging that I’m basically a groupie because that’s how highly I think of her. In months she’s helped me more than I could ever accurately convey. She’s too modest & often says we heal ourselves, which is true to an extent. Without her help, compassion, validation, knowledge & initiative gifts, I would continue to be lost. I am so grateful for her & her magic.

For 10 years I visited acupuncturists, chiropractors, Chinese medicine doctors, western medicine- you name it, I tried it. Dr. O'Hara was able to manage my pain and trauma in 10 weeks.
