Well, I have decided to move my kindergarten to another school. I must admit moving here from midwest a few years ago, that it’s been a real challenge finding good educational institutions for all my grandchildren. The ed standards at this school are very mechanical. I did not find the environment to be warm. The pickup and drop off is maddening,. There grading system and learning methods cause anxiety for kindergartens.I think if you have a wiz-kid, who you have basically mechanically train prior to this school, this is the school for you. But it you have an average perfect child like my granddaughter, and want a more warm, nurturing environment, this is not the school for you!

So far it has been the best school on the Southside. The only issue they need to work on, but this pertains to many schools, is actual historical research. No teacher should put thier personal opinion in her teaching and should research as blacks getting to vote has been a law since 1964 and confusing students is why we have so much division among our adults and teens. Other than that small area of reteaching, they have made my children feel much more welcome than the South Point schools.

This school has been absolutely amazing. I love their high standards and the amount of care put into each day.

I had a horrible experience at this school with my daughter 6 years ago I know it’s been long but I was remembering last night with my now 11 year old about the horrible experience she had. She just told me yesterday also that the first day of school when I took her and left her their thinking that she was going to be in good hands and they were going to be patient with her since it was her first day in school it turns out that the principal got irritated with her because she wouldn’t stop crying so the principal took her to the restroom and pushed her and told her to Be quiet stop crying and wash your face yelling at her she said she was afraid of her. I’m writing this review because if that principle is still there from 5 years ago you parents should ask how is she with kids when she get irritated I don’t think anyone should be touching our kids.
