Rented a insulation removal system, at the time of speaking to the associate, he never mentioned extra charges, when machine was brought to the location getting ready to start working the following day with a crew waiting, and on the clock. The machine didnt work, battery dead, hose not long enough as requested and had so many torns in it that it looks like its been in a war zone. I had to pay the crew for waiting everytime we needed to recharge battery. I feel the associate should have checked the equipment, mentioned the extra 50.00, what is the 500.00 deposit for? Very unprofessional will contact the corporate office to place complaint..

This place has got me heated. I absolutely hate having to rent here. If I can get what I need at Sunstate or A to Z Equipment, I will go there. They never have the equipment ready when we come to pick it up, no matter how long beforehand you reserved it. At times, it feels that they could care less how long you have to wait and almost never help you unload until it’s absolutely necessary. And if you go to the University in Tempe location, plan on being there for awhile.**** Update **** so as I was waiting for over an hour, like normal , again, Sean ( who I am assuming is a manager ) came out and talked with me. He got the situation fixed, gave me his cell number and wants me to deal directly with him so this problem doesn’t happen again. After doing business with them for as long as I have, I’m gonna give this another shot. So I’m going to raise the star rating to a “3” because he did rectify the situation.

The guys were very helpful when we needed to rent a skidsteer to move a lot of rock. They were helpful in showing my husband how to operate it. Elias and Mike's professionalism is to be commended. They delivered and picked up the machine as promised. A great company to do business with. The whole experience saved our backs!
