From consult to install to turn on SunPro provided us with an exceptional service. Communicative, knowledgeable, and affordable. We love that our system is covered with an amazing warranty and will be worth more than others when it’s time to sell. So happy with electricity bills being cut down to next to nothing and reducing our carbon footprint in the process.

The purchase and installation went very well. The product works as promised. The issue is the after sales responsiveness. I called multiple times to have them remove and then reinstall the solar panels because of a roof replacement. My many calls were never returned. I had to find another solar company to do the removal and re-install.... VERY POOR AFTER SALES SUPPORT!

SunPro was amazing to work with from the sales team to the installation crew. Everyone was helpful and professional. All our questions were answered timely. We have had our panels for about 7 months now and couldn't be happier with having chosen Sunpro. We highly recommend them for any Solar needs you may have.

Have been trying to reach out to the owner John Himstreet for several months now and have yet to receive an email, text or phone call response.

They LIED about the solar tax credit. They told me if I signed the contract in 2019 I would get the 2019 tax credit. Now I learn it's only when they completed the install, so now 2020, which is 26% tax credit instead of the 30% they PROMISED me. Saving money? I'm wasting more money now than I did without solar. AND, they broke a ceramic roof tile they Still haven't replaced. I will have to handle myself because of sun unpro solar.
