It is rare to find customer service like Superior Cleaning provided. We needed a power washer last minute....They have professional, well cared for equipment at great prices. I would give more than 5 stars if I could....they went above and beyond to help us!

IN ADDITION WE HAVE SOLELY USED THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. SOME COMPANY'S CHOOSE TO REPAIR THERE OWN EQUIPMENT OR USE OTHER SOURCES, I'VE FOUND THAT WE HAVE SAVED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BY UTILIZING GREG'S PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED SERVICE TECHNICIANS, THERE FAST, RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE AND THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT. Superior is an awesome place to have in your corner, or a place to answer some questions. The selection of machines, chemicals and equipment is vast and there is surely something to fill any request you might have. They have a solid staff from Greg at the top to guys in the shop and Ralph at the front. They build and service all our trailers and machines. Give them a go.

Companies definitely set the standards for their culture, but employees are what carry that culture to the customer. I found Superior Cleaning Equipment out of frustration from talking to their competition. The competitors didn't take the time to listen to my needs, or even look for what I needed. In fact, they gave me false information because they didn't want to do their job. Enter Ralph G., the MAN! The Parts Manager at Superior Cleaning Equipment, went above and beyond in helping us locate a piece we have been searching for on our floor machine. The machine was deemed obsolete and he located the piece anyways. The part came in incorrectly, no fault of his, and he went back and found the right piece. What a relief it is to find some that still cares! We'll be back thanks to Ralph!
