Horrible service, extremely rude, messed up all paperwork, took my money and did nothing with it. Horrible people I recommend going elsewhere if you want things done right. Customer service is horrible.

Ask for Vanessa this human has a beautiful smile. If anyone deserves her attention and customer service it’s this professional. She took the initiative to help me with my plate refund by walking me threw the new system on azdmvnow.gov Which is kinda confusing. And held my hand to help me get the check sent to my house. Plus the wait time was fast definitely recommend coming here.
