The owner of this company, Mark, lacks any sense of professionalism. The service they provide is at best marginal. They are responsive, but the owner’s lack of tact and communication skills is why I rate this company at a 1/5. If I could rate them at a zero I would because of his poor behavior toward my staff.

We are an outpatient surgery center and cleanliness is of utmost importance to us. Since we began using System 4 over 5 years ago, our facility has never been cleaner and well taken care of. Our representative, George, who cleans our facility is the best. If we have anything that requires extra attention he has the job accomplished the following day. His attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work is to be commended. Our account manage, Vince and Mark, President of System 4 are also outstanding and truly care about their clients. Using System 4 helps to put my mind at ease knowing our facility is \white glove\ clean for our patients.
