This company claims to be veteran friendly. If you would like to work for them don't. They don't like combat veterans. If they ask during an interview don't tell them you have combat experience if you do. They won't hire you and will discriminate against you for your service to your country

We scheduled with this company 3 weeks prior to a job, and on the day of the job they never showed up. My contact shut his phone off and messaged me 2 1/2 hours after what was the arrival time telling me they had been double-booked. There was no follow up, and attempts to contact anyone at the company was met with complete and utter failure on practically every level. Would not use, recommend, or even attempt to have them do anything that is of any priority. The only failure on my part was using rather strong language with the contact when he attempted to reason with me.

We had a small 50 lb fryer go out. I told them over the phone the thermostat needed to be replaced, but they didn't bring one along with them. So they had to come out twice. Each time charging 150 for each trip. Then they charged 150 per hour. Overall I spend 944 to repair a fryer that I could buy brand new for 600. But once you are into the repair its not like you can really back out.

I would highly recommend calling this place as a last resort. While a nonfunctioning kitchen equipment can seem life threatening, there is no need to have one of these guys to come over immediately. First of all, they charge a 200 fee to get a technician over there to take a look at the equipment. So you are paying them 200 for them to tell you what you already know. It's more cost effective to look for either a temp used equipment or something brand new. Secondly, their cost to fix something is close to the actual value of a new one so think about that as well. Thirdly, they will probably tell you that a technician will come in within a day or two and then show up immediately. You would assume they came in cause their schedule opened right? Nope, it's so that they can charge you a 50 \expedite fee\. Now all these issues would not have been issues if only their ever caring staff were there to help you via phone. Nope. When you call in for phone support or info, they won't pick up. They will however pick up if you need to schedule a technician. Interesting... Let me be stupid for you. Think before you schedule.
