I should have relied on the reviews already posted. They are very unprofessional. We placed an order at 10:45am, and were promised the shirt would be done by 11:30am by the supervisor. We show up at 11:45am and our order had not even been reviewed by the supervisor. Complete waste of time.

I was sold on coming here after speaking with a gentleman over the phone don’t remember his name but he was nice and telling him I need shirts for my girls for Disney. He stated he could make them and price was 15 if I brought my own shirt. Even stated how he made some for his kids as well. Was excited for these shirts to be made . cool I come in and i speak with anouther gentleman and tells me the price is 30 I had a couple shirts to make. I mentioned to him they told me 15 over the phone . He stated that was his business partner and he didn’t know pricing which is not my fault that’s on them my thinking is how is this your partner but he’s mentioning different pricing communication was off .. I wasted time driving here and left with no shirts . Disappointed If he would had said 30 to begin with I would have outweighed my options
We came here to get over 2 dozen shirts made for my tio who passed away. They told me to pick up around 6PM, I get there and they are no where near done with the shirts. Ok, Ill wait. I begin to look at the shirts and his first name is spelled wrong on ALL the shirts. It is spelled \Ismael\ and they spelled it \Ismeal\. So they begin taking off the first name on all shirts and re-doing. We did not leave the mall until after 9PM that night, with a newborn, 1 year old and 2 year old with us it was frustrating. Now, I get home and I cant believe my eyes, the last name is spelled wrong on ALL the shirts. Yes, maybe I shouldve proof readed it at the mall but why should I have to if I spelled it correctly to begin with?! Guys, the last name was Garcia and they spelled it Garica! I could not believe it, funeral the next day I had no time to take them back to get redone! UGH! The dude that was responsible was the heavy set black guy, whom was upset that HE spelled it wrong in the beginning. I SHOULD BE THE ONE UPSET! He discounted only the taxes and wouldnt do anything more. NEVER AGAIN!
Terrible service..printing on shirt was not lined up correctly. Do not spend your money here. Terrible quality. They take no accountibility for their product
