When I contacted Tennyson I was first referred to Leak Detective to rule out leaks (hefty expense). Then when I contacted Tennyson for next steps i couldn’t get a response. I reached out by text and email, and waited several months in case they were delayed due to Covid. Still never heard back. I’m surprised by this as I researched prior to contacting them and saw many 4-5 star reviews. I feel like i was victim of a bait-switch.
I am geotechnical engineer and worked with Lee for a long time. Lee understands the repair recommendations I provide and he always asks for clarification from the engineer if in doubt. He always keeps the engineer aware of the status of the progress. I have done a lot of projects with Lee and had no problem in any of them.
We called Lee's company when we found a heaved slab under old carpet. We were really freaked out, but Lee reassured us that it wasn't to big a deal and could be fixed by us. He then gave us guidance about what to do. We really appreciated his advice and would highly recommend his services.
