We recently recovered existing 15 year old awnings from another company. The entire team from sales (Simon) to service (Larry) were outstanding to work with. The installers attention to detail was impressive (Eric). The final product was as we expected and would highly recommend Phoenix Tent & Awning.

They were awful. Very expensive and they cut corners: They did not use top quality thread for my cover nor did the provide designed facia on all sides. The fabric always seems to tear making for expensive repairs that don’t get done. Generally their durability is every 2 years for expensive repairs in my experience if you’re lucky I have been told by people that their products do not have durability and aren’t worth it all over town Supposedly2 of their competitors went out of business leaving them overwhelmed and difficulties inhe Ping their customers If you need a repair they are unavailable. What that means is your expensive investment becomes unusable and unable to enjoy They have a haughty attitude that they could careless about your business or their product They refuse to give any advice about maintenance or cleaning I knew there was a problem when I realized sales were the priority them. Simon Miller the salesman makes “6 figures” while the senior laborers make a fraction of that according to Simon. And, Simons commissions are built into our price apparently Please excuse brevity and typos as this message was sent from my mobile device.

My new awning serves the purpose very well; keeps the west wall cooler and lowers the temperature inside. I couldn't be happier with the end result. It is also very attractive. Each person I encountered was pleasant, knowledgeable and most helpful. The company's long-standing reputation continues!
