Absolute worst healthcare experience ever. My husband has been waiting for a med refill for sertraline (SSRI, not a narcotic) and they won't see him without a med check. They didn't call in advance to schedule and allowed the script to expire. I have called to complain and request to be placed on standby since that was the only viable option they would offer me, even after leaving a complaint with someone in HR. This was 2 weeks before Christmas and here we are, weeks after and still nothing. Please, go anywhere else but here. I'm currently looking for alternative options of who I should report them to for this practice. If you have concerns about getting your medications, don't plan on speaking with a physician - you'll get passed to a \medical assistant\ that may or may not call you back and when they do, it may or may not be a pleasant experience.

These guys are awful. They tell you what you want to hear so they can get you off the phone and pass the responsibility of helping those in need to someone else. Their virtual appointments are worthless. They are premed kids pretending to know what's good for you. If I could give these guys a minus rating I would. Front desk is a minus, medical assistant's is a minus, on call nurses a minus, \physicians\ get a minus too. Why does it take 6 days to have someone send the correct rx? Their lack of urgency is demoralizing .

I attended there intensive outpatient substance classes in May 2019-Febuary 2020. It's supposed to be for 12 weeks but I was having lots of seizures so it took me longer to get the 12 weeks in. They refused to give me my certificate for the time I did attend. I couldn't help having seizures. During my attendance they had a bad turn over rate which resulted in 3 different councelors running the class. Also the front desk ladies are very very rude. They act like they are better than you. They also like to play the hang up game when you call when they get busy and cannot handle it!!!

If you want medical care by committee, and being put off for 2 months when you desperately need help then this is the place for you. But if you need ACTUAL HELP GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
